Cancellation Policy
Refund request for emergencies beyond your control will be reviewed by the Volunteer Outdoor Program Committee after the Summer Camp Season. All such requests are subject to a 15% service charge. All program fees collected on-site are non-refundable. Refund Request form received less than 7 days prior to the start of your session at camp will not be considered. The transfer of fees to another Scout for the same program will be considered. Call the Boy Scout Service Center at (309) 673-6136.
