Cancellation Policy
Refund request for emergencies beyond your control will be reviewed by the Volunteer Outdoor Program Committee after the Recruitment Season. All such requests are subject to a 15% service charge. All program fees collected on-site are non-refundable. You must submit a refund request form found on our website or call the office. Refund request forms received less than 7 days prior to the start of the event will not be considered. The transfer of fees to another Scout for the same program will be considered.
